Visits and tours

Private tours are complimentary and held during staffed hours (Mon–Sat 08:00–23:00) unless reception agrees otherwise. Submitting the tour form is a request, not a confirmed booking — reception will call to confirm a slot.

Memberships

Membership terms (deposit, notice period, overages, access hours) are set in your signed plan or accepted quote. Flexi Desk and Hot Desk follow Mon–Sat 08:00–23:00 (Sunday closed). Flexi Desk members may not bring a personal computer to the floor; Hot Desk members may. The mini conference room is included with Hot Desk only. Starting prices on the marketing site are indicative until reception confirms.

Main conference room

The main conference room is a paid booking: ₹1,500 for the first hour and ₹1,000 from the second hour onwards, subject to availability. GST is extra unless your quote says otherwise.

House rules

Guests and members must follow reception instructions, respect quiet floors, and not share access credentials. We may refuse or end a visit that puts people or property at risk.

Liability

You are responsible for your belongings. OORA Co-working provides workspace and services on a commercially reasonable basis; we are not liable for lost work due to connectivity or power issues beyond our control.
