What we collect
When you request a private tour, we collect your name, phone number, and optional email, plus what you say you are interested in. Member accounts may also store visitor, booking, and billing records needed to run the space.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule tours, answer questions, and operate memberships (access, visitors, conference bookings, invoices). We do not sell your contact details.
Who sees it
Reception and authorised staff. Message delivery may go through our SMS, WhatsApp, or email providers solely to reach you or staff about your request.
Retention
Tour inquiries are kept as long as needed for follow-up and operations. Member and billing records are kept for the periods required by Indian tax and company rules.
