### Who is OORA Co-working for?
OORA is for founders, operators, and teams in Surat who want a workspace that holds a standard — the flexibility of a Flexi Desk, or the rhythm of a Hot Desk with their own setup.

### What is the working culture at OORA?
The floor is quiet by design. People come to build. Conversations happen in the lounge, the booths, and the conference room — not across open desks. The aura of the room does most of the work; the discipline of fixed hours and a considered space does the rest.

### How do I book a tour or reach reception?
Request a private tour on this page and reception calls within a business day. Or call +91 261 000 0000, WhatsApp the same number, or email hello@oora.space. Staffed hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–23:00.

### What is the difference between a Flexi Desk and a Hot Desk?
A Flexi Desk is any available seat on a first-come basis — you cannot bring your own computer, and the mini conference room is not included. A Hot Desk is your dedicated fixed desk — reserved for you, you may bring your own computer, and the mini conference room is included. The founding rate for the first 30 members is ₹7,000 and ₹8,500 a month; after that it is ₹8,500 and ₹10,000. Both run Mon–Sat 08:00–23:00, are closed on Sunday, and include common amenities and the in-house outdoor cafe.

### Does OORA have a cafe?
Yes. OORA has an in-house outdoor cafe on the floor, open to members on either desk. It sits a few steps from the work, so a break does not mean leaving the building.

### Is OORA right for a solo founder?
